Notice of the Regular Meeting Agenda of the PLANNING COMMISSION OF LAYTON, UTAH FOR TUESDAY, April 22, 2014 PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Layton, Utah, will hold their regularly scheduled meeting in the City Council Chambers, 437 North Wasatch Drive, Layton, Utah, at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 22,2014. A work meeting is scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m. for review of agenda items and conditional use review. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION OATH OF OFFICE FOR NEW COMMISSIONERS -- BRETT NILSSON AND L.T. WEESE APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: April 8, 2014 PUBLIC HEARING: 1. PETE ALEX REZONE REQUEST - A (AGRICULTURE) TO R-1-8 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) This .815 acre property is located at approximately 2400 West 1125 North in an Agriculture zoning district. The property is proposed for rezone for a single family residential home. The applicant, Pete Alex, is represented by Jamie Bateman. PUBLIC REVIEW: 2. YOUNG AUTOMOTIVE - CONDITIONAL USE REQUEST FOR AN AUTO SALES LOT This property is located at 683 North Main Street in a C-H (Highway Regional Commercial) zoning district. The applicant, Young Automotive, is represented by Garth Robinson.
