PUBLIC NOTICE OF A MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL AND PLANNING COMMISSION OF PLEASANT VIEW CITY, UTAH April 22, 2014 Public Notice is hereby given that the City Council and Planning Commission of Pleasant View, Utah will hold a Public Meeting in the city office at 520 West Elberta Dr. in Pleasant View, Utah on Tuesday, April 22, 2014, commencing at 6:00 P.M. The agenda consists of the following: Pledge of Allegiance: Jerry Burns Opening Prayer, Reading or Expression of Thought: Jerry Burns Comments/Questions for the Mayor & Council for items not on the agenda (public) Consent Items: Minutes of April 8, 2014 (open and closed) Business: 6:15 P.M. 1. Mayor’s Recognition – Haeli Rich. 6:20 P.M. 2. CERT presentation on the Great Shake Out. (Presenter: Jill Mitton) 6:40 P.M. 3. Public Hearing, Discussion, and Possible Action on a request by Roger Jensen for preliminary subdivision approval of Jensen Estates, an 18-lot single-family residential subdivision consisting of 11.13 acres, located south of 3200 North road alignment and east of 1000 West (TINs: 17-062-0003, 17-062-0004, and 17-062-0005).
