The Willard City Council of the Willard City Corporation will hold a meeting on April 10, 2014, at the Willard City Hall, 80 West 50 South. The meeting will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. The agenda will be as follows: 1. Call to Order a. Invocation b. Pledge of Allegiance 2. Open Comment Period (Individuals have three minutes for open comments. If required, items may be referred to department heads for resolution. Items requiring action by the City Council will be placed on the agenda for a future meeting.) 3. Business a. Planning Commission 1)Consideration of Ordinance 2014-C, approving the development agreement for the Combined Application for a Conditional Use Permit/Sensitive Lands Review and Zone Change request for Granite Ridge Subdivision located at approximately 660 South 250 East. The proposed zone change will be from R ½ and MU-40 to PD to include parcels #02-053-0015, 0055, 0056, 0057 and 0014. 2) Report of Planning Commission projects. b. Financial - 1) Warrants 2) Vouchers 3) Reports Public Hearing: To take public comment on proposed changes to the 2013-14 Fiscal Year Budget. 4) Consideration of Resolution 2014-7, approving proposed changes to the 2013-14 Fiscal Year Budget. c. Approval of minutes: March 27, 2014. 4. Department Reports a. Maintenance Department b. Fire Department c. Police Department 5. Council members a. Mitch Zundel b. Robert Beebe c. Mike Crossley d. Del Fredde 1) Community Clean-up-Scheduled the week of April 14, 2014 e. Josh Braegger 1) East Park Sprinkler System 6. Mayor?s General Correspondence and Information 7. Adjourn
