Public Hearing, Discussion, and Possible Action on PSP 13-017, a request by Roger Jensen for preliminary subdivision approval of Jensen Estates, an 18-lot single-family residential subdivision consisting of 11.13 acres, located south of 3200 North road alignment and east of 1000 West (TINs: 17-062-0003, 17-062-0004, and 17-062-0005). The property lies in the RE- 15 Zone.
