- Notice is hereby given that the Willard City Council will hold a Public Hearing on April 10, 2014, at 6:30 p.m. at the Willard City Hall, 80 West 50 South, Willard, Utah. The hearing will be to take public comment on proposed changes to the 2013-14 Fiscal Year Budget. A copy of the proposed changes to the current year budget are available for review at the City Office during regular business hours.
