The Willard City Council of the Willard City Corporation will hold a meeting on March 27, 2014, at the Willard City Hall, 80 West 50 South. The meeting will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. The agenda will be as follows: 1. Call to Order a. Invocation b. Pledge of Allegiance 2. Open Comment Period (Individuals have three minutes for open comments. If required, items may be referred to department heads for resolution. Items requiring action by the City Council will be placed on the agenda for a future meeting.) 3. Business Public Hearing: To hear public comment on Combined Application for a Conditional Use Permit/Sensitive Lands Review and Zone Change request for Granite Ridge Subdivision located at approximately 660 South 250 East. The proposed zone change will be from R ½ and MU-40 to PD to include parcels #02-053-0015, 0056, 0057 and 0014. a. Planning Commission 1)Review of public comments and discussion on conditions for the development agreement for the Combined Application for a Conditional Use Permit/Sensitive Lands Review and Zone Change request for Granite Ridge Subdivision located at approximately 660 South 250 East. The proposed zone change will be from R ½ and MU-40 to PD to include parcels #02-053-0015, 0056, 0057 and 0014, Planning Commission Recommendation and set for Public Hearing. 2) Report of Planning Commission projects/recommendations. b. Financial - 1) Warrants 2) Vouchers 3) Reports 4) Review of 2013-14 budget recommended adjustments and set for public hearing. c. Approval of minutes: March 13, 2014. 4. Department Reports a. Maintenance Department b. Fire Department 1) I Pads 2) Radio Frequencies c. Police Department 5. Council members a. Mitch Zundel b. Robert Beebe 1) Discussion on sale of surplus equipment 2) Discussion and possible decision on purchase of chipper/blower unit 3) Discussion of roadside piles of debris c. Mike Crossley d. Del Fredde 1) Community Clean-up e. Josh Braegger 1) East Park Sprinkler System 2) Discussion on lawnmowers 6. Mayor?s General Correspondence and Information 7. Adjourn Pursuant to section 52-4-204 UCA the City Council may vote to go in to an executive session for the purposes stated by section 52-4-205 UCA.
