PUBLIC NOTICE OF A MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL AND PLANNING COMMISSION OF PLEASANT VIEW CITY, UTAH March 25, 2014 Public Notice is hereby given that the City Council and Planning Commission of Pleasant View, Utah will hold a Public Meeting in the city office at 520 West Elberta Dr. in Pleasant View, Utah on Tuesday, March 25, 2014, commencing at 6:00 P.M. The agenda consists of the following: Pledge of Allegiance: Mel Marker Opening Prayer, Reading or Expression of Thought: Mel Marker Comments/Questions for the Mayor & Council for items not on the agenda (public) Business: 6:15 P.M. 1. Award AG Basin bid. (Presenter: Melinda Greenwood) 6:30 P.M. 2. Amend the Consolidated Fee Schedule to amend the Water Rates. 6:45 P.M. 3. Appointment to the Planning Commission. (Presenter: Mayor Mileski) 6:50 P.M. 4. Appointments to the Economic Development Committee. (Presenter: Mayor Mileski) 6:55 P.M. 5. Award Fireworks bid for Founder’s Day 2014. (Presenter: Melinda Greenwood) 7:10 P.M. 6. Discussion and possible action on allocation of RAMP population Grant monies for Pleasant View City Park Softball Field. (Presenter: Melinda Greenwood) 7:20 P.M. 7. Presentation, discussion and possible action on findings from the Water Subcommittee: • Update on the status of New Well #4. 7:50 P.M. 8. Discussion and possible action on APP 14-011, an appeal of the Zoning Determination (ZD 13-021) for Heart of Pole Patch application status in relation to the City’s current temporary land use regulation. Consideration for adoption of a resolution of the City Council of Pleasant View City, Utah (the “issuer”), authorizing the issuance and sale of not more than $1,550,000 aggregate principal amount of Water Revenue Bonds, Series 2014 and related matters (Presenter: Melinda Greenwood) 8:15 P.M. 10. Discussion and possible action on the cancellation of the sewer maintenance bid award, pursuant to Section 2.33.130 of the Municipal code. (Presenter: Melinda Greenwood Other Business Adjournment The City Council at their discretion may change the order and times of the agenda items. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons needing auxiliary services for these meetings should call the Pleasant View City Office at 801-782-8529, at least 24 hours prior to the meeting. This meeting may involve the use of electronic communications for some of the members of this public body. The anchor location for the meeting shall be the Pleasant View City Council Chambers, 520 West Elberta Drive, Pleasant View City, Utah. Members at remote locations may be connected to the meeting telephonically or computer conference. Pursuant to Title 52, Chapter 4 of the Utah Code, the City Council may vote to hold a closed meeting for any of the purposes identified in that chapter.
