Description/Agenda: 2014 Slurry Seal Projects Riverton City is conducting an Invitation for Bid for the 2014 Slurry Seal Project which consists of approximately 125,000 square yards of slurry seal to be done on various streets throughout the City. Sealed bids will be due in the Purchasing Office, located at 12830 South 1700 West, Riverton, Utah 84065, at 2:00 p.m. on April 3, 2014. Bids submitted after this time will not be accepted. Bid security in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany each bid. Riverton City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. An electronic format of the bid package including plans may be obtained through the purchasing website after March 19th.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorder?s Office at 801-208-3126, at least 24 hours prior to the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
