- The Willard City Council of the Willard City Corporation will hold a Public Hearing on March 27, 2014, at the Willard City Hall, 80 West 50 South. The meeting will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. The hearing will be to take public comment on a Combined Application for a Conditional Use Permit/Sensitive Lands Review and Zone Change request for Granite Ridge Subdivision located at approximately 660 South 250 East. The proposed zone change will be from R ½ and MU-40 to PD to include parcels #02-053-0015, 0056, 0057 and 0014. Proposed changes can be viewed and written comments will be accepted at the Willard City Offices until March 26, 2014.
