PUBLIC MEETING CONCERNING THE PROCESS FOR DEVELOPING A GROUNDWATER MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR MOAB / SPANISH VALLEY What: Public Meeting Who: Moab / Spanish Valley Water Users When: April 16, 2014, 3:00 p.m. Where: Grand Center of Moab 182 North 500 West Moab UT 84532 Purpose: The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the process for developing a groundwater management plan for Moab / Spanish Valley. Personnel from the Division of Water Rights will be available to take all questions and comments provided by the general public and interested parties. If you are unable to attend the meeting, but would like to provide input, please send your written comments to: Kent L. Jones, P.E., State Engineer Division of Water Rights P.O.
