Description/Agenda: Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the City of Saratoga Spring City Council will conduct a public hearing regarding a Real Estate Transaction with Central Utah Water Conservancy District (CUWCD) to sell approximately 0.06 acres of property located on the North-East corner of Pony Express Parkway and 800 West. The City Council hearing will be conducted on Tuesday, March 25, 2014 7:00 p.m. at the Saratoga Springs City Offices located at 1307 North Commerce Drive, Suite 200, Saratoga Springs, Utah. Questions regarding this transaction may be directed to the City Engineer, telephone 801-766-9793 ext. 137.
