PUBLIC NOTICE OF A MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL AND PLANNING COMMISSION OF PLEASANT VIEW CITY, UTAH March 11, 2014 Public Notice is hereby given that the City Council and Planning Commission of Pleasant View, Utah will hold a Public Meeting in the city office at 520 West Elberta Dr. in Pleasant View, Utah on Tuesday, March 11, 2014, commencing at 6:00 P.M. The agenda consists of the following: Pledge of Allegiance: Steve Gibson Opening Prayer, Reading or Expression of Thought: Steve Gibson Comments/Questions for the Mayor & Council for items not on the agenda (public) Consent Items: ? Minutes of February 25, 2014 ? Bills of Pleasant View City ? Consideration and Possible Approval of FSP 14-006, The Station at Pleasant View, Phase 1 Amended, for amended plat approval for the purposes of amending the original plat to match the existing building footing footprint. The property is located in the vicinity of 3000 North and Highway 89 and is located in the Transportation Oriented Development (TOD) zoning district. ? Consideration and Possible Approval of FSP 14-008, The Station at Pleasant View, Phase 2, for final plat approval for a 6.56-acre parcel located in the vicinity of 3000 North and Highway 89 and lies in the Transportation Oriented Development (TOD) zoning district. The subdivision will create 73 lots for a townhome development. ? Consideration and Possible Approval of FSP 14-003, The Cove, Phase 2, for final plat approval for a 6.65-acre parcel located in the vicinity east of Hillsborough between 2700 North and 2550 North, which property lies in the RM (Residential Multi-Family) zoning district. The subdivision will create 17 lots of separate multi-family residential buildings and common area, with a total of 82 units in this phase. ? Consideration and Possible Approval of FSP 14-010, Willowbrook PUD Plat C for final plat approval of a 21-lot single family subdivision on a 4.16-acre parcel located in the vicinity of Willowbrook Lane and Highway 89. The property lies in the RE-15 PUD zoning district. ? Ratification of the purchase of the hopper and repairs for the street sweeper in the amount of $84,139.00. Business: 6:30 P.M. 1. Joint meeting with the planning commission regarding the 2014 General Plan Update. (Presenter: Valerie Claussen) 7:30 P.M. 2. Adopt proposed city ordinance amendments to Chapter 10.32 Traffic Safety Regulations, commonly referred to as the City’s “Truck Route” continued from February 25, 2014. 8:00 P.M. 3. Presentation, discussion and possible action on findings from the Water Subcommittee: • Drilling of a test well versus a production well. • Preliminary recommendation on water rate increases. • Contracting with Cascade Water Resources / John Files, Hydrologist for monitoring of well drilling and well development. • Impact Fee discussion. 8:40 P.M. 4.
