Discussion and/or action to approve the preliminary and final plat of the Pinewood Mountain subdivision (2 lots) and vacating lot 4 of Pinewood Estates subdivision and Lot 10 of Mountain Shadows subdivision. 3. Discussion and/or recommendation to consider rezoning the property located approximately at 1825 N 100 E from Commercial C-2 to Residential R-3 and Residential R-4 for the purpose of constructing a multi-family development. 4.
