Traffic Study Review with Ryan Hales; Ryan will attend the meeting and present the results of the Traffic Study including the traffic animations based on the various changes required to manage the expected increase in traffic along the 2700 North corridor in the foreseeable future 2. Final Review of the Traffic Study Report; Review the final version of the report that was sent to the Committee for review 3. Review the Cooperative Traffic Agreement for 2700 North (SR 134), US 89, and SR 126, (and others). 4. Review the Pleasant View gateway West Zone vs. the Farr West C3 zone 5. Discuss the proposed CDA and the next steps 6. Identify Attorney to set up CDA 7. Services 8. Revenue Sharing 9. Medium to High Density Housing 10. International Shopping Center Convention; Retain Doug Larsen or Michael Wright
