- MEETING NOTICE OF THE WEBER COUNTY TAX REVIEW COMMITTEE PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that a Weber County Tax Review Committee meeting has been scheduled for Monday, February 10, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. in the Weber County Commission Conference Room 365, 2380 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Consent Items 1. Approval of minutes from December 9, 2013 meeting B. Non-Action Items - None C. Action Items 1. Discussion with Gary Boyer concerning staying on Tax Review Committee for second term 2. LSN 23-041-0009 –Robert E. Mager Jr.–Property owner is requesting a partial tax refund for tax years 2007-2012. Presenter: Machel Maycock 3. LSN 16-207-0002 -Coleen Briggs– Request to waive penalty and interest on delinquent 2011 and 2012 property tax. Presenter: Brenda Wheelwright 4. LSN 15-420-0003-Jean-Paul Chausse – Request to refund penalty and interest paid on 2012 property tax. Presenter: Brenda Wheelwright 5. LSN 17-311-0021-Ladd Murdock – Request to waive penalty and interest on delinquent 2012 property tax. Presenter: Brenda Wheelwright D. Other E.
