- PUBLIC NOTICE NORTH OGDEN CITY PUBLIC HEARINGS The North Ogden City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 5, 2014 at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter, in the City Council Chambers at 505 East 2600 North, North Ogden, Utah. The hearing will be held to receive comments to amend Ordinance 11-2-1, Definitions, regarding Building Height and also an exception to the building height. All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard. For further information contact Ron Chandler 801-782-7211.
