Legislative VS Executive roles ? City Code Chapter 2?Job Descriptions ? Project and Task List for City Administrator and Assistant City Administrator ? Council and Staff Communications Break (approx. 10 minutes) ? Agenda, Memo and Staff Recommendation Process ? Utah Municipal Officers? and Employee?s Ethics Act Break/Lunch ? 40 min, 12:00-12:40 Budgeting and Financing & Community and Economic Development?12:40 pm to 1:15 pm ? Local Municipal ?Budgeting and Finance 101? ?
