Music lessons at 412 South Angel Street ? John Madsen. b. Handyman services at 1955 West Cooper Street ? Chad Larsen. c. Carpet cleaning at 1387 S. Via La Costa Way ? Dean Spears. 3. Final plat approval for Saddlebrook Estates at approximately 2260 West 200 North ? Henry Walker Homes. 4. Public hearing and preliminary plat approval for Shepard?s Landing Subdivision at 35 West Shepard Lane ? Henry Walker Homes. 5. Call to the public. 6. Other matters that properly come before the Planning Commission: a. Reports. b. Correspondence. c. Calendar. 7. Adjournment.
