3. Administration of the Oath of Office to the new Board of Trustee members. District Clerk Sallie Garcia
4. Electing and approving officers to the District Board - Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Treasurer and District Clerk. Chairperson Wheelwright.
5. LBA North View Fire District and the North View Fire District :
Approval of the Joint Resolution approving the reconveyance of certain real property from the Local Building Authority of the North View Fire District to the North View Fire District and the Special Warranty Deed. Chief David Wade
6. Consideration to approve the minutes of December 17, 2013 Presenter: Chairperson Wheelwright
7. Consideration to approve the expenditures for December 2013. Presenter: Chairperson Wheelwright
8. Discussion and/or action regarding next year?s 2014 board meeting schedule dates. Presenter: Chairperson Wheelwright
