The public is invited to attend a public hearing before the Midvale City Council on Tuesday, February 4, 2014 at 7:00 pm in the Midvale City Council Chambers located at 655 West Center Street, Midvale, Utah.  The City Council will be considering a request to approve a preliminary subdivision plat for a 107-unit residential townhome development on 12.3 acres located at approximately 380 East between 7800 South and 8000 South. This request has been made by Brad Reynolds Construction, Inc.

All interested parties are invited to attend the meeting or contact Matt Hilderman, Associate Planner in the Midvale City Planning and Zoning Department at (801) 567-7231 for more information.

Notice of Special Accommodations:

In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Midvale City will make reasonable accommodations for participation in the meeting. Request assistance by contacting the City Recorder at 801-567-7207, providing at least three working days advance notice of the meeting.

Notice of Electronic or telephone participation:

Council Members may participate in the meeting via telephonic communication. If a Council Member does participate via telephonic communication, the Councilmember will be on speakerphone. The speakerphone will be amplified so that the other Council Members and all other persons present in the Council Chambers will be able to hear all discussions.
