The public is invited to attend a public hearing before the Midvale City Council on Tuesday, February 4, 2014 at 7:00 pm in the Midvale City Council Chambers located at 655 West Center Street, Midvale, Utah. The City Council will be considering a request to approve a preliminary subdivision plat for a 107-unit residential townhome development on 12.3 acres located at approximately 380 East between 7800 South and 8000 South. This request has been made by Brad Reynolds Construction, Inc.
