- REVISED Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission will hold their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, January 8, 2014 beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Payson City Center located at 439 West Utah Avenue in Payson, Utah. Some Commissioners may participate by Electronic Device. The meeting will be as follows: 7:00 p.m. REGULAR SESSION ? City Council Chambers 1. Call to Order 2. Roll Call 3. Invocation/Inspirational Thought 4. Public Forum 5. Consent Agenda 5.1 Approval of minutes for the regular meeting of October 23, 2013 5.2 RESOLUTION ? Establishing the dates and time for the regular Planning Commission meetings in 2014 6. Review Items 6.1 PUBLIC HEARING ? Proposed amendments to Title 19, Zoning Ordinance and Title 20, Subdivision Ordinance. 6.2 Review and recommendation regarding a request to construct a pump station near the lower pressurized irrigation pond located at approximately 1100 South Canyon Road. 7. Commission and Staff Reports 8. Adjournment
