PUBLIC MEETING CONCERNING AN UPDATE TO THE GROUNDWATER APPROPRIATION POLICIES IN PINE VALLEY, WAH WAH VALLEY, AND THE SEVIER LAKE AREA What: Public Meeting Who: Water Users in Pine Valley, Wah Wah Valley, and the Sevier Lake area When: February 4, 2014, 1:00 p.m. Where: Milford City Offices 26 South 100 West Milford, UT 84751 Purpose: The purpose of the meeting is to present a summary of a hydrogeologic study currently being completed by the USGS and to present an update to the groundwater appropriation polices for Pine Valley (WR Area 14), Wah Wah Valley, and the Sevier Lake area (WR Area 69). Personnel from the Division of Water Rights will be available to take all questions and comments provided by the general public and interested parties. If you are unable to attend the meeting, but would like to provide input, please send your written comments to: Division of Water Rights 1594 West North Temple Suite 220 P.O.
