Presentations, Proclamations and Awards
1. A proclamation declaring the week beginning October 6, 2013 as National Fire Prevention Week.
2. Update on the Provo City Economic Development Strategic Plan's implementation by the Mayor's Office of Economic Development.

3. An ordinance amending section 9.32.140 of the Provo City Code to modify documentation requirements for towing and parking enforcement operators; and to prohibit the unauthorized (1) tampering with or removal of the lawful placement of a motor vehicle impound device (a ?boot?), or (2) the disconnection of a vehicle lawfully connected to a tow truck of a licensed towing or parking enforcement operator. 4. A resolution authorizing eminent domain proceedings on the property generally located at 1534 South 1100 West to acquire right-of-way for the Provo Westside Connector Road. (13-093)
5. A resolution authorizing eminent domain proceedings on the property generally located at 1900 West 1200 South to acquire right-of-way for the Provo Westside Connector Road. (13-094)

The Work Session meeting start times is to be determined and will be noticed at least 24 hours prior to the meeting time, but typically begins between 1:00 and 4:00pm.
