Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Council will hold a regular meeting on Tuesday, August 20, 2013, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Room of the Kaysville City Municipal Center, 23 East Center Street, Kaysville. The agenda shall be as follows:
1. Opening.
2. Presentation of check from Bowman?s for proceeds from Pioneer Day Breakfast ? Gaylen Sprague.
3. Presentation of yard and garden award.
4. Call to the public limited to three minutes.
5. Request to amend Title 6 so large trucks cannot park on streets ? Jeanie Pace.
6. Rezone of 0.47 acre of property at 1550 Thoroughbred Drive from R-A (Agricultural Residential) to HC (Health Care) ? Daniel Knechtel.

Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation
A member of the governing body may participate in meetings by telephone providing that at least three members of the City Council are present in person at the meeting, no more than two members of the governing body participate by telephone, and if the Mayor is participating by telephone, the governing body shall elect one of the members physically present to preside over the meeting as Mayor pro-tempore.
