The public is invited to attend a public hearing before the Midvale City Council on Tuesday, September 3, 2013 at 7:00 pm in the Midvale City Council Chambers located at 655 West Center Street, Midvale, Utah. The City Council will be considering a Rezone and Site Plan request to rezone and expand the Midvale Public Works facilities within the existing site at 8196 S. Main St. This property is approximately 2.8 acres in size. The proposed zone change is from Clean Industrial (CI) with a Jordan Bluffs Overlay to Clean Industrial (CI) with a Public Facilities Overlay. The proposed public works facility expansion includes adding to existing buildings and constructing new buildings for administrative and interior storage space, as well as upgrading the site. This request is being made by Midvale City. Notice of Electronic or telephone participation:
Council Members may participate in the meeting via telephonic communication. If a Council Member does participate via telephonic communication, the Councilmember will be on speakerphone. The speakerphone will be amplified so that the other Council Members and all other persons present in the Council Chambers will be able to hear all discussions.
