NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Fruit Heights City Council will hold its regular City Council Meeting TUESDAY, July 16, 2013
at City Hall, located at 910 S. Mountain Road, Fruit Heights City. Following the abbreviated meeting from 6:30 to 7:00 p.m.,
the City Council members will then move to the Nicholls Park Trail and do a tour and work on the trail. Any volunteers are
welcome.
The Mayor reserves the right to modify the sequence of agenda items in order to facilitate special needs.

By motion of the Fruit Heights City Council, pursuant to Title 52, Chapter 4 of the Utah Code,
the City Council may vote to hold a closed meeting for any of the purposes identified in that chapter.

Next City Council meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, August 6, 2013.
