- CITY OF SARATOGA SPRINGS CITY COUNCIL MEETING Tuesday, February 5, 2013 Meeting held at the City of Saratoga Springs City Offices 1307 North Commerce Drive, Suite 200, Saratoga Springs, Utah 84045 CITY COUNCIL AGENDA This meeting may be held electronically to allow a Councilmember to participate. WORK SESSION-Commencing at 6:00 p.m. 1. Discussion of Entry Signs. 2. Adjourn to Policy Session. POLICY SESSION-will follow Work Session. ? Call to Order. ? Roll Call. ? Invocation / Reverence. ? Pledge of Allegiance. ? Public Input - Time has been set aside for the public to express ideas, concerns, and comments. Please limit repetitive comments. ? Awards, Recognitions and Introductions. POLICY ITEMS 1. Consent Calendar: a. Award of Bid for the Secondary Water Transmission line. b. Preliminary Plat for Jacobs Ranch Plat I located at approximately 2250 South 450 West, JP Stoddard, applicant. 2. Public Hearing: Budget Amendment for Fiscal Year 2012-2013. 3. Ordinance 12-2 (2-5-13): An ordinance amending the City of Saratoga Springs budget for Fiscal Year 2012-2013. 4. Quarterly Financial update. 5. Proposed Concept Plan for Sugar Plumb located at approximately 4300 South Redwood Road, Paul Watson, applicant. 6. Resolution R13-4 (2-5-13): A resolution adopting City Council Bylaws, Rules of Order, and Procedures. 7. Reports: a. Mayor b. City Council. c. Administration communication with Council. 8. Motion to enter into closed session for the purchase, exchange or lease of property, pending or reasonably imminent litigation, the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual. 9. Adjournment.
