BOUNTIFUL CITY COUNCIL MEETING TUESDAY, OCTOBER 9, 2012 7:00 p.m. NOTE: The City Council will meet at 5:00 p.m. to tour the new Power Plant facilities. They will meet at the business office at 198 South 200 West NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of Bountiful, Utah will hold its regular Council meeting in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 790 South 100 East, Bountiful, Utah, at the time and on the date given above. The public is invited. Persons who are disabled as defined by the Americans With Disabilities Act may request an accommodation by contacting the Bountiful City Manager at 298-6142. Notification at least 24 hours prior to the meeting would be appreciated. If you are not on the agenda, the Council will not be able to discuss your item of business until another meeting. For most items it is desirable for the Council to be informed of background information prior to consideration at a Council meeting. Consider requests from Street/Sanitation Department: (a) Purchase of backhoe loader (b) Purchase of 3/4-ton pickup truck ? Landfill (c) Purchase of automated garbage truck cab and chassis ? Sanitation (d) Purchase of automated garbage truck body ? Sanitation (e) Purchase of two 10-wheel trucks with dump body, hydraulics, spreader and plow ? Streets (f) Purchase of one-ton 4x4 truck and dump body ? Streets (g) Purchase of asphalt compactor roller 9. Consider reappointing Councilman Knight to Admin. Control Board of the So. Davis Performing Arts Center for another 4-year term 10. Consider preliminary and final amended commercial site plan for Smith?s Market Place at 100 W. 500 So. 11. Public Hearing to consider update of biennial Moderate Income Housing Plan report (to be continued) 12. Consider Ordinance 2012-13 amending the Bountiful City Code concerning appointive City officers 13. Staff and Council calendaring items 14. Adjourn
