- CITY OF SARATOGA SPRINGS CITY COUNCIL MEETING Tuesday, August 21, 2012 Meeting held at the City of Saratoga Springs City Offices 1307 North Commerce Drive, Suite 200, Saratoga Springs, Utah 84045 CITY COUNCIL AGENDA WORK SESSION-Commencing at 6:00 p.m. 1. Discussion of monument/entry signs. 2. Adjourn to Policy Session. POLICY SESSION-will follow Work Session. ? Call to Order. ? Roll Call. ? Invocation / Reverence. ? Pledge of Allegiance. ? Public Input - Time has been set aside for the public to express ideas, concerns, and comments. Please limit repetitive comments. ? Awards, Recognitions and Introductions. POLICY ITEMS 1. Consent Calendar: a. Final Plat and Development Agreement Approval for Saratoga Town Center, Phase 2, Stations West LLC, applicant. b. Site Plan, Conditional Use and Development Agreement Approval for IMAA training facility located at approximately 2032 North Hillcrest Road, Augustine Torkornoo, applicant. c. Approval of Minutes: i. June 19, 2012 and July 31, 2012. 2. Preliminary Plat for Green Springs Manor located at approximately 1855 South Centennial Boulevard; Rob Haertel, applicant. 3. Contract Approval for the Marina Trail Grant. 4. Revisions to the Standards and Specification Manual. 5. Revisions to the Land Development Code (Sections 19.02, Definitions, 19.04, Establishment of Land Use Zones, 19.05.080, Beekeeping). 6. Ordinance 12-12 (8-21-12): An ordinance of the City of Saratoga Springs, Utah adopting amendments to the Saratoga Springs Land Development Code and establishing an effective date. 7. Discussion and Review of Keeping Chickens. 8. Reports: a. Mayor b. City Council. c. Administration communication with Council. 9. Motion to enter into closed session for the purchase, exchange or lease of property, pending or reasonably imminent litigation, the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual. 10. Adjournment.
