AMERICAN FORK CITY COUNCIL MAY 22, 2012 NOTICE OF REGULAR SESSION & AGENDA REGULAR SESSION The American Fork City Council will meet in regular session on Tuesday, May 22, 2012, in the American Fork City Hall, 31 North Church Street, commencing at 7:30 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Pledge of Allegiance; prayer by Councilman Gunther; roll call. 2. Presentation of the Employee of the Month 3. Update of the I-15 CORE Project ? Project Director Todd Jensen & Public Involvement Coordinator-Lehi to Orem Area Dave Asay 4. Twenty-minute public comment period ? limited to two minutes per person. 5. City Administrator?s Report. 6. Council Reports. 7. Mayor?s Report. COMMON CONSENT AGENDA (Common Consent is that class of Council action that requires no further discussion or which is routine in nature. All items on the Common Consent Agenda are adopted by a single motion unless removed from the Common Consent Agenda by the Mayor or a Councilmember and placed in the action items.) 1. Approval of the April 26, 2012 City Council special work session minutes. 2. Approval of the May 3, 2012 City Council work session minutes. 3. Approval of the May 8, 2012 City Council minutes. 4. Approval of the City bills for payment and purchase requests over $1,000. ACTION ITEMS 1. Review and action on the awarding of a contract for the High Density Mineral Bond Sealant for road application. ? Staff 2. Review and action on a Utility Relocation and Reimbursement Agreement with Provo River Water Users Association. ? Staff 3. Review and action on a Resolution adopting a Sanitary Sewer System Plan Update as an amendment to the Public Facilities and Service Element of the American Fork General Plan. - Staff 4. Review and action on a Resolution updating the Water Systems Component as an amendment to the Public Facilities and Service Element of the American Fork General Plan. ? Staff 5. Review and action on the approval of an agreement with JoDax Inc. dba Black Jack Pizza to provide concessions services at the American Fork Fitness Center. ? Staff 6. Review and action on the approval of a Resolution approving an amendment to the Interlocal Cooperative Agreement by and between Pleasant Grove City, American Fork City, and Lehi City regarding the Tri City Interlocal Agency. ? Staff 7. Review and action on awarding of a construction contract for the Public Works Warehouse Storage Facility to R4 Construction. ? Staff 8. Appointment of a City Treasurer. ? Mayor Hadfield 9.
