Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, May 11, 2022 beginning at 6:30 p.m. on the following projects:
- Thompson Family Home Zone Change: Request by Stephanie Harvin to change the zoning on Utah County Parcel 30:022:0061 located at approximately 1285 W Utah Avenue. The applicant is requesting a BPD Business Park zoning designation and the property is currently zoned R-1-A.
- Amendments to the Zoning Ordinance, Subdivision Ordinance, and Development Guidelines of Payson City Code.
The meeting will be held at the Payson City Center located at 439 W Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah and electronically via Zoom Conferencing.
