Description/Agenda: | Central Wasatch Commission Short-Term Projects Committee Meeting Agenda Thursday, April 14, 2022 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Notice is hereby given that the Central Wasatch Commission will hold a short-Term Projects Committee meeting at approximately 3:00 P.M., or soon thereafter, on Thursday, April 14, 2022. In view of the current Covid-19 pandemic, this meeting will occur electronically, without a physical anchor location, as authorized by UTAH CODE ANN. 52-4-207(4). The public may register for the meeting through the following link. Once registered, meeting attendees will receive an email with a personal meeting access link. https://us06web.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_pT6NbPBIQCuoXZZDiPxmZg Please take notice that a quorum the Board of Commissioners (the 'Board') of the Central Wasatch Commission (the 'CWC') may attend the meeting of the Board's Short-Term Projects Committee Scheduled for Thursday, 14 April 2022; beginning at 3:00 p.m. virtually. The agenda for that meeting of the Committee is accessible here: Utah Public Notice Website, The Salt Lake Tribune, and Deseret News. Civility and decorum should be applied in all discussions and debate. Difficult questions, tough challenges to a point of view, and criticism of ideas and information are legitimate elements of a free democracy in action. Public officials and the public are encouraged to refrain from making belligerent, personal, impertinent, slanderous, threatening, abusive, or disparaging comments. 3:30 P.M. Opening Note: The goal for this meeting is for the Short-Term Projects Committee to review and discuss the merits of a group of project proposals. At the close of the meeting, it is the goal that the Committee will arrive at a consensus on which projects to recommend to the Commission for full or partial funding. 1. Commissioner Nann Worel will conduct the meeting as Chair of the Short-Term Projects Committee. 2. The Committee will deliberate over project proposals with the goal of arriving at a consensus and recommendation for the Commission to be made during the May 2nd meeting. 4:00 P.M. Adjournment 1.
