NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS DURING THE PLANNNING COMMISSION MEETING APRIL 13, 2022, CONVENING AT 6:00 P.M.:

1.	Public input is sought a Nightly Rental application submitted by Mark Merkling located on Tax ID # T-68-A-2. Zoning is R-1-12.

2.	Public input is sought on a Nightly Rental application submitted by Stephanie and Mike Giddens located on Tax ID # T-144-A-3. Zoning is Agriculture A-1.

3.	Public input is sought on a Zone Change application submitted by Wasatch Commercial Builders for Tax ID # T-166-B-1-A-1-A. Current zoning is Agriculture A-1. Proposed zoning is R-1-15 - Single Family Residential.

4.	Public input is sought on Ordinance 2022.XX - Amending Title 10, Chapter 17-3 to amend the permit application process, accessory dwelling units, definitions, and occupancy time limits within the nightly rental ordinance. 

5.	Public input is sought on Ordinance 2022.XX - Amending Title 2, Chapter 2-7 grading plans to create the position of zoning administrator and to amend specification standards for public improvements regarding grading plans.
