Description/Agenda: | NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A PUBLIC HEARING SEEKING PUBLIC INPUT WILL BE HELD ON THE FOLLOWING ITEM DURING THE REGULAR PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING FEBRUARY 9, 2022, CONVENING AT 6:00 P.M.: 1. Preliminary Plat Application for a Simple Subdivision submitted by Jacob and Tirsa Stewart at Tax ID # T-68-A-3 and T-68-A-1. Current zoning is Single Family Residential R-1-12. A copy of this application is available for review at the State website http://pmn.utah.gov or at the Toquerville City Office (212 North Toquer Boulevard). In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Dana McKim at the City Office 635-1094, at least 48 hours in advance. This Notice will be sent at least 10 days prior to the meeting to the Spectrum newspaper, posted on the State website at http://pmn.utah.gov, posted on the Toquerville City website at www.toquerville.org, and in three places within the city limits of Toquerville: (1.)
