Request for Qualifications:
The City of South Salt Lake is seeking a highly qualified engineering design firm for the Life on State Project. Qualified firms are requested to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) and fee schedule to provide the engineering services outlined in the Request for Qualifications (RFQ). The selected firm will work closely with SSLC's Engineering, Neighborhoods, and Community Development Departments. SOQs will be accepted from various firms in order to conduct a fair and extensive evaluation. Complete and timely submittal of all required documents listed in the RFQ is required for the SOQ to be considered.
The City of South Salt Lake will accept SOQs for the project until 2:00 p.m. on December 8th, 2021. SOQs received after 2:00 p.m. will not be considered. Each respondent must submit six (6) copies of their SOQ. All required documents for the selecting process shall be directly submitted to the South Salt Lake City Recorder, Craig Burton, at:

The Request for Qualifications can be obtained from SciQuest or the Engineer, Chris Merket at cmerket@sslc.gov after 9:00 a.m. on November 8th, 2021. The winning consultant will be notified by 5 p.m. on December 15th, 2021. The City of South Salt Lake reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to waive any informality or technicality in any proposals if deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
