BE IT HEREBY CERTIFIED THAT THE TOQUERVILLE CITY COUNCIL APPROVED THE FOLLOWING ORDINANCES:
Ordinance 2021.22 - An ordinance vacating a portion of Rim View Drive and authorizing disposition of the same to adjacent property owner.
Ordinance 2021.23 - An ordinance of the City Council of Toquerville, Utah, amending and restating Chapter 7 (Cemetery) within Title 7 (public ways and property) of the Toquerville City code to better refine the rules and regulations governing city cemeteries including making perpetual care for burial plots required, tying the fees charged for cemetery services to the City's uniform fee schedule and requiring the payment of the perpetual care fee upfront rather than in installments over time.
At the regular City Council Business Meeting on October 20, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. at the Toquerville City Hall located at 212 N. Toquer Blvd.
As required by State Code 10-3-711 this Certificate is posted on the Utah Public Notice Website at www.utah.gov/pmn/ on October 26, 2021 by Toquerville City Recorder, Ruth Evans.
