NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE TOQUERVILLE CITY
The TOQUERVILLE CITY is proposing to increase its property tax revenue.
- The TOQUERVILLE CITY tax on a $389,000 residence would increase from $258.45 to $283.48, which is $25.03 per year.
- The TOQUERVILLE CITY tax on a $389,000 business would increase from $469.91 to $515.43, which is $45.52 per year.
- If the proposed budget is approved, TOQUERVILLE CITY would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 9.71% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding eligible new growth.
All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase.
