The regularly scheduled meeting of the
Wales Town Planning and Zoning Committee
will be held at 7:00 PM, Tuesday, 15 December 2020,
at the Wales Town Hall, located at 150 N State St.
The meeting agenda is as follows:
1. Meeting call to order
2. Roll call
3. Approve minutes of meeting held 20 October 2020
4. Petitions & Communications:
a. Terry Smith & Mike Tripp, concerning subdivision of lot at 120 E Center St
b. Dexter & Katherine Schiers, concerning construction of garage at 415 South 200 West
c. Natalie Christensen, concerning construction of auxiliary building at 222 North 100 East
5. Business: Discuss and approve/disapprove business license application for Samuel E. Chatwin, Endeavor Plumbing
6. Adjourn
