                Notice is hereby given that the Wasatch County School District Board of Education will hold their regularly scheduled board meeting on-line via Zoom, commencing at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, November 19, 2020. The Wasatch Education Center will not be available for public use during this meeting due to COVID-19 precautions.
This meeting will be broadcast live at Wasatch-YouTube.com and will be posted afterwards on the Wasatch County School District Website. 
PUBLIC COMMENT PROCEDURE - 
-	During a virtual meeting you may request to speak during the public comment section. You can submit a form, call 435-654-7752 or email stacey.moore@wasatch.edu prior to noon on the day of the school board meeting to request meeting information. The contact information in the form will allow us to send you the secure meeting link and password to join.

-	Approximately 30 minutes before the meeting you will receive a link in your email to enter the Zoom meeting (Zoom.com). We recommend you log in to the meeting at least 15 minutes before the meeting is scheduled to begin. 

-	After clicking on the link to the Zoom meeting, you will be ushered into the meeting as an attendee. Upon entry into the meeting, your microphone will be muted and will remain muted until it is your turn to provide comment. 

-	When the board president authorizes public comment, registered individuals will have the floor, and will one at a time be unmuted by the host. Attendee will be allowed 2 minutes for comment. 

All members of the public are invited to view.

An executive session may follow the board meeting to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; and the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, collective bargaining and or matters of litigation. Section 52-4-5 of the Open Meetings Act identifies the topics that may be discussed in a closed meeting.
