Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission will hold an electronic regular meeting on Wednesday, November 11, 2020 beginning at 7:00 p.m.  All commissioners and the public are invited to participate by electronic or telephonic device.  (The meeting order may change to facilitate the public or specific needs).

6.1	PUBLIC HEARING - Request by Mike Martinez for preliminary plan approval for the Payson Suites Subdivision
6.2	PUBLIC HEARING -Amendment to the Payson City Zoning Map that will affect Utah County Parcels 30:013:0037, 30:014:0076, and 40:379:0001 immediately to the west and south of the existing Geneva Rock facility at 1325 North Main Street. The property is currently zoned I-1, Light Industrial and it is proposed the zoning be changed to I-2, Heavy Industrial to accommodate a new concrete batch plant. 
6.3	PUBLIC HEARING (continued) - Request by Staheli Properties LLC to amend the East Side Comprehensive Plan to allow annexations under 300 acres in size. 
6.4	PUBLIC HEARING (continued) - Proposed amendments to Title 19, Appendix A, Title 20 and Payson City Development Guidelines.
