Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission will hold an electronic regular meeting on Wednesday, August 26, 2020 beginning at 7:00 p.m.  All commissioners and the public are invited to participate by electronic or telephonic device. 6.1	PUBLIC HEARING - Request by Terry Harward for preliminary approval of the Villages at Arrowhead Park Subdivision, Phases 5-7.  The proposal is to change from 85 single family lots with an average lot size of 8,047 square feet to 132 single family lots with the average lot size of 4,490.
