Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission will hold an electronic regular meeting on Wednesday, May 13, 2020 beginning at 7:00 p.m.  All commissioners and the public are invited to participate by electronic or telephonic device.  (The meeting order may change to facilitate the public or specific needs).

6.1	PUBLIC HEARING: Request by Ken Menlove for a conditional use permit to allow a caretaker dwelling for the Extra Storage business proposed at 820 W Utah Avenue in the I-1, Light Industrial Zone.  
6.2	PUBLIC HEARING: Request by Jeff Southard to annex 8.51 acres located south of SR-198 at approximately 1500 East (2100 West, Utah County coordinate). The parcel is currently used for agricultural purposes and the annexation sponsor is requesting a commercial zoning designation upon annexation. 

7.	WORK SESSION: Proposed modifications to Villages at Arrowhead Park, Phases 5 through 7 

8.	Commission and Staff Reports and Training
8.1	Discussion regarding proposed density in lieu of system-wide improvements program.
