Description/Agenda:	AMENDED Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Council will hold a Special City Council meeting and Work Session beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 29, 2020, virtually through a link with Zoom Video Communications. Please check the Payson City Website at www.paysonutah.org for the link to participate and/or view the meeting. Participants/citizens will only be able to attend virtually. Notice of Electronic or telephone participation:	In accordance with the emergency proclamation regarding the COVID-19 virus from the Utah Governor, there will not be an anchor location. Some Councilmembers may attend by Electronic Device. The order of the agenda items may change to accommodate the needs of the City Council, staff, and/or public. A Closed Session may be called to order pursuant to Utah State Code 54-4-204 and 54-4-205.
