SPECIAL MEETING AGENDA

Pursuant to Order of Special Meeting signed by the Mayor of the South Salt Lake on March 20, 2020, notice is hereby given that the South Salt Lake City Council will hold a Special Meeting on Monday March 23, 2020, in the City Council Chambers, 220 East Morris Avenue, commencing at 4:00 p.m.

1.	Update Local Emergency Declared March 18, 2020
Related to the COVID-19 Pandemic and the March 18th
Earthquake 

2.	A Resolution supporting the Mayor's Declaration of a Local
Emergency, Appointing the Emergency Manager, and Approving
The Emergency Management Plan for the City of South Salt Lake

Notice of Special Accommodations: NOTICE OF SPECIAL ACCOMMODATION DURING PUBLIC MEETINGS In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Craig Burton at 483-6027, giving at least 24 hours' notice.
Notice of Electronic or telephone participation: Council Members may participate in the meeting via telephone communication. If a council member does participate via telephone communication, the council member will be on speaker phone. The speaker phone will be amplified so that the other council members and all other persons present in the council chambers will be able to hear all discussions.
