Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission will hold an electronic regular meeting on Wednesday, March 25, 2020 beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Payson City Center located at 439 West Utah Avenue in Payson, Utah. 6.1 ITEM ON REMAND - Request by Jeff Anderson for preliminary plan approval for a development East of Arrowhead Trail Road on Utah County Parcel 30:009:0071. The applicant is seeking to build in phases, with the current proposed phases including a mix of single family, two-family dwellings and multifamily residences over approximately 69 acres.
6.2 PUBLIC HEARING (Continued) -Proposed amendments to the Payson City Code, specifically Title 19 (Zoning), Title 20 (Subdivision), and the Payson City Development Guidelines.
