                PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the St. George City Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, November 12, 2019 at 5:00 PM to consider the following:

A zone change from R-1-10 and A-20 (Residential single Family and Agricultural respectively) to RE-20 (Residential Estate, 20,000 Square foot minimum lot size) on approximately 0.50 acres. The property is generally located at 1050 South 2580 East. Case No. 2019-ZC-048.

A zone change from M&G (Mining and Grazing) to R-1-10 (Single Family Residential 10,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size) on 2.0 acres and to OS (Open Space) on 23.21 acres for 'Tonaquint Cove Phase 2B.' The site is generally located at approximately 2150 South Rock Park Drive. The owner is Quality Development and the representative is Logan Blake. Case No. 2019-ZC-049

A zone change amendment to the PD-C (Planned Development Commercial) zone to develop a coffee shop (Dutch Brothers) on Lot 9 of the Boulder Creek Crossing commercial subdivision on approximately 0.86 acres. This property is generally located northwest of the intersection of River Road and 1450 South Street. Case No. 2019-ZCA-045.

A zone change amendment to the PD-C (Planned Development Commercial) zone to develop a commercial office building on Lot 4 of the BGG Commercial Center on approximately 0.65 acres. This property is generally located southwest of the intersection of Riverside Drive and River Road. Case No. 2019-ZCA-047.

A zone change amendment in the PD-C (Planned Development Commercial) zone to allow changes to the previously approved clubhouse. The owner is Desert Canyons Land, LLC and the representative is Curt Gordon. The proposed RV Park project site is located at approximately 3692 East Cottonwood Crossing on approximately 21.24 acres. Case No. 2019-ZCA-050.


Interested persons are encouraged to attend these public hearings to be held in the City Hall Council Chambers at 175 East and 200 North or present their views in writing at least one day prior to the meeting.
