PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in the South Ogden City Offices, 3950 Adams Ave., South Ogden, Utah, commencing at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, the 29th day of October, 2019.

The agenda for the meeting consists of the following:

A.	Welcome- Commissioner Jenkins

B.	Invocation-  Christopher Crockett

C.	Pledge of Allegiance-  Shelly Halacy

D.	Thought of the Day-  Commissioner Harvey

E.	Public Comments- (Please limit comments to 3 minutes)

F.		Consent Items-

1.	Request for approval of warrants #2116-2143 and #444261-444551 in the amount of $1,371,045.93.
2.	Request for approval of purchase orders in the amount of $177,928.25.
3.	Request for approval of the minutes for the meeting held on October 22, 2019.
4.	Request for approval of new business licenses. 
5.	Request from the Weber County Library for approval to surplus office equipment. 
6.	Consideration and action on a request for final approval of Halcyon Lake Estates Subdivision Phase 1, consisting of 14 lots and the associated subdivision improvement agreement.   
7.	Request for approval of Letter of Intent with ADP to provide professional payroll services. 

G.		Action Items-

       1.	Request for approval of the tentative operating and capital budget of Weber County for the 	2020 calendar year.

	2.	Request for approval of a resolution of the County Commissioners of Weber County appointing a Weber County Representative and an Alternate Representative for the Utah Counties Indemnity Pool Annual Membership Meeting.

	4.	Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and the Utah Cutting Horse Association for the UCHA Futurity & Aged Event.
		Presenter: Duncan Olsen
       5.   Approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Runbeck Election Services, Inc. for purchase of election mail processing equipment.
