PAYSON CITY
ELECTION NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that Payson City, Utah, will hold a Municipal General Election on Tuesday, November 5, 2019. Payson City is using Vote by Mail for this election as well as Ranked Choice Voting. 

Mailed ballots must be postmarked no later than November 4, 2019. Ballots may also be submitted in person inside the Payson City Center, 439 W Utah Avenue, Monday through Thursday between 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., placed in the ballot drop box located on the north side of the Payson City Center, or dropped off at any election service center/drop box located in Utah County. Ballots must be turned in by 8 p.m. on election day. 

A Voting Center will be open on election day to assist voters between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. All voting at the Voting Center will be by provisional ballot. Both ID and proof of residence are required. 

Election information can be found on the Payson City Website at www.paysonutah.org, the Payson Ranked Choice Voting Website at www.paysonvotes.com, and the Statewide Electronic Voter Information Website at www.vote.utah.gov. Any changes to the Voting Center will be noticed on the Payson City Website.

7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

VOTING REQUIREMENTS: (1) be a citizen of the United States, (2) be a resident of Utah at least 30 days immediately before the election, (3) be at least 18 years of age on the day of the election, and (4) be a registered voter.
