a. THE UTAH BOARD OF WATER RESOURCES (UBWR) WILL CONSIDER THE WITHDRAWAL OF THE HYDROPOWER LICENSE APPLICATION FOR THE LPP. UBWR WILL CONTINUE TO PURSUE OTHER CURRENT LPP PERMIT APPLICATIONS FOR THE WATER SUPPLY PIPELINE.
