NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPACT FEE ENACTMENT AND CAPITAL  FACILITIES PLAN

Notice is given that Heber Light & Power Company, an energy services interlocal entity, will hold a public hearing on Monday, September 30, 2019, at 6:00 p.m. at the Heber Light & Power Business Office, 31 S 100 W, Heber City, Utah, to take public comment on the capital facilities plan and proposed electric impact fees.  

If approved, Heber Light & Power Company would collect impact fees on new connections or capacity upgrades to help the Company pay for a portion of the costs of the increasing demands on the electric system from new development within the Company's service territory.

All interested persons are encouraged to attend. 

Notice is given that copies of the capital facilities plan and summary, impact fee analysis and summary, and draft impact fee enactment are available  (1) at the Wasatch County Public Library, 465 East 1200 South, Heber City, Utah, (2) at Heber Light & Power Company, 31 South 100 West, Heber City, Utah, (3) on Heber Light & Power Company's website, www.heberpower.com, and (4) at pmn.utah.gov.
